Rachel Hargrave, Agency Director
Rachel’s 26 years’ experience of comms in the media industry began with film and video and progressed into creating and producing live events such as conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners and award ceremonies. Finally she settled into corporate communications, a field where all of her skills would be put to very good use.
This varied employment background gave Rachel vast experience across corporate strategy, implementation, project management, content design and delivery. Her first Agency was founded 18 years ago and eventually led to the creation of RDZ PR Ltd in 2014.

Pauline Hill, Communication and Strategy Director
With an Honours Degree in Business Studies, sponsored by British Steel and an MBA from Aston University, Pauline has worked in comms for more than 25 years on both client-side and consultancy-side projects.
Pauline has worked at Director level in a wide variety of sectors (predominantly B2B) for organisations across the East Midlands. Her role with RDZ PR focusses on raising the profile of your organisation both internally and externally to attract new clients / customers, sponsors and other strategic partners.
Gary Coulsby, Head of Project Delivery
With a degree in business, a specialism in international marketing and previous experience in management in both the public and private sectors, Gary brings to the team a myriad of experience, humour and exceptional client service.
This hard-earned experience, including handling the more practical aspects of running a business, has given Gary true expertise in the delivery of projects on time and to an agreed budget – great skills which he now brings to RDZ PR.
Gary carefully plans and manages events and campaigns, acting as the central liaison point for our clients, ably and seamlessly handling the administration and management of their PR activities.
Fiona Mullins, Finance Manager
Fiona had more than 25 years of experience running the finances of her family’s own business before working with RDZ PR as FD.
Her super-efficient and diligent financial management also supports our clients ‘behind the scenes’ in keeping their own finances in check by casting a sharp eye over any expenditure and cash flow relating to the campaigns managed by the RDZ PR team.
